Andrew J. Tavi
Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Tavi serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate and External Affairs at Nissan Americas. He has previously served on the boards of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman), the National Association of Manufacturers, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Nashville Public Television, and the Japan-America Society of Tennessee.

Ms. An is an accomplished business transformation executive with over two decades of experience building scalable operating structures, modernizing workflows, and enabling disciplined execution for high-growth companies and multibillion-dollar enterprises such as General Electric, Accenture, Warner Bros., and Entertainment Partners. At NIL Guides, she leverages her expertise to develop infrastructure for sustainable growth and support for athletes and their families.
Pete Briscoe
Chief Relationship Officer
Mr. Briscoe serves Business owners, C-Suite executives and non-profit leaders as a personal executive coach. His interest in helping athletes and their families navigate the stressful season of high pressure athletics aligns with NIL Guides’ passion to help people ‘think beyond the game.’

Dan Bedell
Mr. Bedell is a growth-focused executive and three-time founder with experience developing go-to-market strategies across a number of industries. As President of Enterprise at Scorpion, his background spans COO, CMO, and divisional leadership roles. At NIL Guides, he helps translate vision into scalable strategy, stronger teams, and sustainable growth.
Jackson Dorr
Mr. Dorr brings a dual perspective as a Division I football player and an emerging professional in athlete representation. With firsthand experience navigating scholarships and NIL opportunities, he understands the challenges athletes face and supports brand and business growth through his work with Premier Athlete Agency and Nexus Sports Management.

Glenn Gutierrez
Senior Associate, Video Content & Operations
Mr. Gutierrez brings university-level experience in sports, marketing, and communications to his role as Chief of Staff at NIL Guides. A graduate with distinction in Film and Marketing, he supports operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and strategic growth in the NIL space.
Kyle Tavi
Senior Associate, Marketing & Content Strategy
Mr. Tavi leverages his background in digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement to shape how NIL Guides connects with athletes and audiences. He leads initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand reach, driving continued growth in an evolving NIL landscape.
Savanna Foster
Associate
Ms. Foster brings a distinctive, student-centered perspective to her role, working directly with student athletes through targeted outreach initiatives. Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Sports Media, she supports communication efforts and relationship-building within the collegiate athletics space.
